The collaborative process of web site development requires an understanding of how design, layout, multimedia, programming, and user-defined variables come together to produce a professional, useful and effective end-result.

Our strategic process has developed through years of experience and feedback from our clients. The following process is an example of our procedure for new web sites. Since every project is unique and requires personal attention to detail, your experience with Kreation Studio may differ from the example shown below.

1. We learn about your business.
Before and after we meet, Kreation Studio researches your company and similar companies in order to establish a good understanding about your product(s) or service(s). We then get to know your business personally, and discuss how we can give you the competitive edge on the web.

2. We prepare your proposal.
Next, Kreation Studio prepares a detailed proposal that outlines all of the possibilities previously discussed, as well as additional options we may have visualized since our first meeting, including a suggested structural outline for your site. We then review the proposal with you, address your questions and concerns, and help you prioritize your options according to your needs and budget. Depending on the size of your project, we may also suggest development in phases, which allows for better organization in development, budget, and timing.

3. The design / layout is established.
Based on our structural outline, we begin your project by developing a series of layouts that are posted to a private area of our web server for you to review. If you do not have access to the web, we will make arrangements for you to review the designs. Together, we decide on the most appropriate "look" for your site.

4. Your site is developed.
Once the design of your site has been established, production of your site begins. You will continue to have access to the progress of your site on the web.

5. Your site is launched.
The last step before your site goes public is a thorough testing session and final review. Once your site is launched, we provide you with ongoing support, including site updates and maintenance, technical support, and answers to any questions you may have along the way. We are here for you when you need us -- long after your site is up and running.
